Petersburg Health Department

I went to get the first dose of the Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine this morning. I could not have had a better experience. Everyone was very friendly and the process seemed so efficient and flawless. Brenda administered my vaccine and she was awesome! Thanks to everyone who made it possible for me to get the vaccine!

My advice is unless you don't have a choice, stay away. Workers are extremely nasty, mean, and just down right rude to patients. The receptionist acts like it's her health dept. If you don't tell her what's wrong whether it's something private or not, she's not buzzing you in. Then its up to her discretion whether she feels it'a important enough to send you back to be seen.

Took them 2 hrs. to see us. Never coming back again! The staff is always on their personal phone & there was only one patient ahead of us. To be a “Public” department they shouldn’t be this unprofessional.

I had to take my daughter to get shots the staff was helpful and nice expecally the nurse who saw my daughter. I didn't find it took a long time but the area is extremely sketchy

Was told the wait will be 15 min and I was there 45min to an hour.
