Pflugerville Water Utility Department

This is the worst and most expensive utility company I’ve ever had to deal with. Their water is slimey and taste horrible. You will be forced to buy bottled water if you live here. They try and get every dime out of you and just doubled their prices not too long ago for the same disgusting water. Even with a water softener the water here is still slimy and undrinkable. Sometimes they don’t even show up to pick up the trash either. Or they will show up a day early or a day later. I’m so glad I moved out of Pflugerville. In the new town where i live now my utility bill is so much cheaper and I don’t need a water softener anymore. The water is more crisp and the water isn’t slimy anymore when I shower. I feel like I was getting scammed when I was living in Pflugerville dealing with this com

I have had the misfortune of being stuck with this sorry water company for 7 months. If I had a choice I would take my business else where. If I could rate this company and it's customer service representatives a zero. I have been talking to their CSR's since October, the 1st time I had my water shut off. It seems that all of my bills were returned to the sender. When they emailed me a bill I noticed that the address numbers were transposed. The address didn't exist. I was told that it was corrected yet I still wasn't receiving my bill. I was emailed a bill and noticed that the number address was correct but the city and zip code was incorrect. Again I was assured that it was corrected. Still no bill. I made a payment in December at Walmart and my water was cut off later that day again. I

By far, this is hands down the worst department in the City of Pflugerville. The lack of accountability here is absolutely unbelievable. I was on autopay, and my card was neither expired, insufficient funded or canceled, yet their system declined it for three consecutive months. I received no call or text to inform me. Instead, they charged me over $80 in late fees and claimed they sent me an email, which ended up in my spam folder. What’s the point of autopay? If you’re going to charge someone $80 in late fees, you should invest in a system that properly notifies your customers. If I had the option to choose another company, I would. The City of Pflugerville needs to do better overall.

The base water is $100 only for have a service 😡😡😡😡 how is posible I’m not used for two month I’m still pay more the $100

Water is EXTREMELY high with all kinds of fees. never had a water bill exceeding $200 every month.
