Phat Stax

The food was delicious! We got two burgers and fries to-go and they were so good! The restaurant was spacious inside with plenty of seating. There were old school video games to play and hip hop decor. The staff were very friendly and fast with their service. We got our food in less than 10 mins after we ordered. My favorite burger place in town was the Phat Stax in Nob Hill, so I am so excited to have this location closer to home! This is definitely going to become my favorite burger place.

Our first time getting Phat Stax was through DoorDash, it was amazing. We wanted it again, but live on the east side of the city, and didn't feel like driving to Nob Hill, this new location was perfect, just down the road! Great food, great and friendly service, the vibe, sit-in area looked very nice, great atmosphere. Easy to get in and out of. You can tell they have put their hard work into this new location, and we're poppin' for it!

Hands down some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. The staff was welcoming, patient, and made sure everything came out exactly right. The food was just as impressive. I ordered the OPP and it was stacked and flavorful — perfectly smashed patties, tender pulled pork, crispy onion rings, and just the right amount of BBQ sauce. The fries were hot and fresh, too. Great experience from start to finish. Amazing service and seriously good burgers — I’ll definitely be back.

Buckle up. I picked this place at random cause the pics looked good. - Food: 10/10. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Ever. - Atmosphere: dope. Music I haven't heard in a very long time. Non-stop hits at a reasonable volume. (Bump and grind is currently playing). Plus fun hip hop facts at every table. Again, pretty dope. - Service: 10/10 friendly, good recommendations, and a fun menu. - Con: they don't have a dish named after Easy E.

Came here strictly for a good burger and was not disappointed. The smash patties had that perfect crispy sear on the outside. I ordered the 2-PAC and it was done right — classic toppings, melty cheese, and a soft bun that held everything together. The fries were hot and crispy, and I like that they’re included with the burger. Solid portions, fair prices, amazing customer service and just really good food. I’ll definitely be back.
