Wet, soggy and slimy. Look at the photos. Went back to the store- no help. Could not explain other than “steam from the oven” and “you can’t return food “, but you sure as hell can deny the charge!! DONE

Recently purchased a pretzel nugget tray for my sons birthday party and they tasted stale! I was very disappointed in the quality given the price. I ordered first thing in the morning and felt as if I had received yesterdays product. I sent a note to customer service 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear back! Not the quality or customer experience I have received in the past.

Had an issue with a different store that cancelled our preorder 15 mins before pick up. This store was able to help me out last minute and everything was great. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.

There very friendly, helpful and I'm there very 2 weeks to grab a Cinnamon Rivet Shaker (Which I love alot). P.S. There Pretzel Dog is also GOOD! I would recommended them.

After going in to pick up a pretzel tray that I ordered 2 1/2 weeks prior and paid for from this pretzel factory in Eatontown New Jersey I was surprised to find out that they had made it the day before. Nobody called and asked why we didn’t show up the day before to pick up the pretzel tray, or the day after even though it was fully paid for. When we showed up the two workers that were there we’re playing on their phones the place was dirty and they didn’t offer to help in anyway. We were going to my son‘s 10th birthday party directly from there. They refuse to give me a refund because I didn’t have the credit card with me or offer any help.
