Philly Pretzel Factory

I’ve always had a great experience at Philly Pretzel Factory and for my first visit this location was great too. I ordered in store the large tray of pretzels and the staff member was happy to help. He said to give him a few minutes and he would have it done. Pretty good by my standards considering it’s a lot of pretzels 🥨. Needless to say, he had it all ready fast and they were a hit. The pretzels were freshly made, perfectly baked with the perfect amount of salt too! I highly recommend stopping by this location and picking up a tray for a party, BBQ or just to have as a sack during a game!

I had a really nice experience here ordering about 100 pretzels the day before a school event. The owner was very accommodating, kind, and assured me they would be ready at 8:30 am the next day for me to pick up, before they even open for the day. I really appreciated it and highly recommend this location!

I ordered my free pretzel for my birthday I’m not sure who the guy is that is working there but he wasn’t very nice. He asked for my name handed me the bag with my pretzel in it said happy birthday like it was an inconvenience to him and just walked away. My previous experiences here were a lot better.

We ordered just under 300 pretzels for local elementary schools' Teacher Appreciation, and this location was incredible to work with!! They were easy to communicate with and very helpful! The pretzels were fresh and delicious. Shoutout to Cathy and her staff for all their help and kindness! Highly recommend this location!
