Philly Pretzel Factory

I went into the PF about 20 minutes before they were supposed to close and asked for 7 pretzel dogs. I was half expecting them to apologize and to tell me they were out for the night, but instead he told me no problem. What really impressed me was when he checked on the few that were ready, he told me they were rock hard so he’d need to make me fresh ones if I could wait 15 minutes. I had time so I didn’t mind waiting, and honestly really appreciated he was honest that what was already left weren’t any good. I feel like many places would have just gave me the hard pretzels in an effort to get out of there so they could close. Instead of being turned away or given old pretzels, I walked out with fresh pretzel dogs and was quite happy. I’ll be back again!

I ordered a party tray for a gathering and when I opened the cheese dipping sauce was molded and the pretzels were stale. Terrible experience

Great pretzels. Picked up a bucket of Rivers. Good small quick bits. Good selection of mustards. Quite a delicious delight.

Just got my platter for superbowl. They killed it! These people don't get enough credit. They were efficient and fast. Shout out to the cashier with the red shades who was working so hard getting the orders and giving out the orders as they were freshly out of the oven. Chris you're the man. This place never lets me down!! Every employee I’ve ever met is so kind and helpful not to mention the pretzels are always cooked perfectly and are delicious!!
