Philly Pretzel Factory

I decide to explore parts of Pennsylvania and my Nephews been telling me about a place called Philly Pretzel Factory. I went in this one and the environment was nice, the staff was very kind and overall one of the best experience I had. The pretzels in there were absolutely delicious including for those hot dog pretzels, never had a hot dog that was greater than this! I must convince relatives to give this place a try.

I'm heavenly disappointed with the lack of service with this pretzel factory regarding the calling service. Dis morning I wanted to order a small tray of rivets and nobody was answering the phone. I called 12 times in the span of 2 hours to have no one answering the phone. Come on, it shouldn't be that hard to pick up the phone. I called Auntie Annes and they answered in just a matter of few seconds and place my order onto there systems without issues.

I placed an order on Tuesday February 4 2025, via phone, for a $150 order of pretzels for Super Bowl Sunday and did NOT receive them. I waited outside in the cold with a sleeping 1yo for over 15 minutes for my 12pm pickup just for me to get to the front and them tell me I had no order with them. I showed them my phone call log with the time I placed the order and they still denied me. They said it’s Super Bowl Sunday we are not taking any new order and no walk ins orders. So I had to now scramble around for the next 30minutes trying to figure out where to get pretzels from for this huge party I was throwing. Thankfully Auntie Anne’s took my order and everything went VERY smooth. The customer service at this Pretzel Factory needs to really be looked into, when they mess up and still show no

When I got a pretzel dog from this pretzel factory, I see a weird blue color in my pretzel dog that gave it a very weird taste. Please look at your food before you eat it.
