Philly Pretzel Factory

I get a box of pretzels from time to time for work. They're always a high quality soft pretzel, great flavor, consistently cooked and fresh! Great place to grab a thank you for business's, or any work function or party. The pretzel wrapped sausages are tasty, and have a nice kick of heat to them, as well. I've also picked them up on time, with friendly service!

Today--Super Bowl Sunday--one of the busiest days of the year--Philly Pretzel Factory took the time to correct a mistake that I made when I ordered that required a refund on my credit card. The staff handled it with understanding and kindness. Very thankful.

It’s a cute little shop but they get lots of pretzels out. While they’re not a healthy option they are a delicious one. I’ve rarely ever been disappointed in the pretzels there and they always make a great addition to any party. I would recommend!

I always enjoy the taste of Philly Pretzel Factory soft pretzels. I got the 5 for 5.00 which is a very good deal. Because they were near closing my pretzels were not warm. That was my only disappointment. Service was courteous and quick!
