Philly Pretzel Factory

I came in around 11:30pm. I ordered 2 hot dogs and a pepperoni pretzel. This is what they gave me... this looks like it had been sitting for over a week. The dough is greasy and the hot dog has no juice left in it. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely awful I'm probably going to get food poisoning from already eating the pepperoni pretzel on the way home.

It's never open. Parking is a pain and they have horrible hours. What's even the point of having this location when you could have any other one close by that actually wants to sell pretzels?

Counter staff was super nice! Pretzel was fresh!

Super disappointed in the quality. I ordered a rivet box and rivet shaker and the rivet box was filled with ROCK HARD rivets. The shaker were just made and fresh. By the time I saw I was already back home. I expect a SOFT pretzel when that's what I'm ordering. Never will go back to this location again.

I love this place Shawn is amazing great atmosphere very professional and friendly I highly recommend this place.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍 Shawn and his crew do an amazing job they go above and beyond for there customers I buy pretzels often at this location the service is great the pretzels are always delicious and fresh again I highly recommend this pretzels factory is the best in Norristown by far.i am a happy and always satisfied customer 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🙏🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🙏🏽
