Customer Reviews
Driving by i saw the Philly Pretzel Factory sign and flipped a u-turn. We have not had Philly Pretzel in quite a while. We bought the 3 Pretzel and the white Nacho Cheese with Jalepen. We were quickly greeted and served. We sat inside and ate while hot. We went back and bought a 25 box to take to Virginia, plus some Rivets. a sausage pretzel that was great and split a pretzel bagel with everying. Thanks Craig.
Don't walk, run to get yourself a pretzel from here! We go here for all of our pretzel needs and yesterday was no different. My daughter and I wanted a snack and couldn't decide between sweet or salty so we eneded up here for both. We got cinnamon rivets with buttercream dip and salted pretzels with nachos cheese and a peppermint dip. The best! The peppermint dip was AH MAZ ING!! Go try it before it's gone.
Went there today at 5pm to get a bucket of pretzels. The lady told me that they could not fill my order till the next day, even though they closed at 6pm. The response was that they have too many orders but they could give me the left-over twisted sticks in the back. Thank goodness for this fiasco as I learned that Pretzel Boys is only 3.1 miles down the street on Lindbergh, where I walked into a very busy store with plenty of product. I gather a number of people have realized that there is a better product and service 5 minutes away. Never again!!!!
This place has decent selections of sauce options. I got the pretzel bites called salted rivets. I also got the three pretzels. One of my kids likes the pretzel dog, while the other kid is more picky. Overall this is a great place to go for pretzels.
Please stop selling people burnt products and or things that are sitting out for a long time under heat lamps or both. People are paying their hard earned money for your products. If you burn food or it is old toss it, do not serve it. No one like to eat charcoal nor pay for it. This pizza pretzel was rock hard cheese was dried out and the ends and bottom were burnt. I tossed it after leaving the store and taking a bite.
