Philly Pretzel Factory - Staten Island

Recommend for sure. When I came in I was given a sample & some info on the location. Friendly staff and great food. UPDATE- Such a great place to enjoy with anyone. Family, friends, dates, kids, your business ETC. The owner is a great guy along with his son. Definitely go here.

I visited Philly Pretzel Factory today and purchased 5 classic pretzels. They were delicious and had a good crispy crust. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I haven't been here in a while. Went to get a bucket of pretzels. Worker gave me sugar cinnamon samples, they were delish and will be in the next stops order! Pretzels were fresh and delicious. Workers were friendly.

This place is the absolute best. Always a hit to bring to events and gatherings. And the owner is super nice dude!

If I could have I would have gave him a zero all across the board. The guy in there has no personality no customer service skills at all. We stood there while he continued to make pretzels not engaging not letting us know how long it was going to take for a small little order, and then when I asked him he shrugged his shoulders like he didn't want to be bothered- after already waiting for 10 minutes!!! He looked miserable he didn't look happy so you shouldn't be there I don't care if he's the owner or a worker. you lose customers that way and you definitely lost customers today and I hope other people see this and don't go into this location and get the same miserable treatment. It's funny, the one day I wanted to take my son and he has to deal with this. They should be embarrassed. If th
