Solid spot for pho. The broth has great flavor and they don't skimp on the meat, plus the herbs they brought out were actually fresh. Everything came out fast and the staff was pretty chill. It’s a low-key environment, so it’s definitely worth stopping by if you're in the mood for a good, filling bowl.
This pho restaurant was an overall average experience for me. The pho noodle soup tasted okay, but the flavor of the broth wasn’t as deep or rich as you’d expect, and it felt a bit underwhelming compared to other spots. It was also light on the meat, especially when you consider that other pho places in the Northern Virginia area tend to be more generous. The fish cake appetizer was just average as well, it came out a bit bland and didn’t really stand out or add much to the meal. Nothing was necessarily bad, but unfortunately there are a lot of better Vietnamese pho options in Northern VA, which makes it hard for this place to recommend over others.
I ordered to go lunch I had been in the area and wanted some fresh rolls , Staff was attentive place was clean, prices fair , the food did not disappoint. I ordered 2 orders of beef fresh rolls something new to me since I recently stopped eating pork was delicious. I really liked my white rice with lemongrass chicken as well . I would visit again when in this area ! I recommended it .
Read the reviews. Service is bad! I'm a restaurant and bar vlogger for high-end restaurants and some local ones too that are worth mentioning . I came here in the past 2 occasions, and this server shown in the photo is the most unwelcoming person I have ever came across. No greetings, no smile, no nothing. First time I was there he would not serve us more water when we asked for a refill. Our second time there today was a bad experience too . Once our rice dish and pho got served, I asked him politely to give us an empty bowl so I can share the pho with the adult person I'm with. He gave me a very small bowl meant for sauce or a toddler. See the picture attached. Then I asked him for a bigger bowl and he blatantly said, "no, you can only have the small bowl." I looked at him with a
We came here on a weekday evening, and we immediately got seated. The chicken pho and spicy beef stew noodle soup were both really good, and the restaurant was willing to give us extra bean sprouts because we thought the initial plate was just for 1 person. We appreciated the good service. Overall, it’s a great neighborhood restaurant to have Vietnamese food.
