Pho Bistro

Came around 7 PM and wasn't too busy. Ordered a Large Pho with Eye Round Steak and Brisket with Extra Noodles, and Grilled Pork Spring Rolls. Spring rolls were good, nothing much to complain about other than I wish it had a bit more meat. Soup: A pretty light broth that didn't really have too much of it's own flavor. I use sriracha in my pho so after adding my usual amount it tasted only like sriracha. Noodles: Noodles were well cooked but the extra noodles I bought were brought out in a separate bowl, which was a generous amount, but I wish they put soup in the bowl too so it doesn't start turning chewy. Meat: The meat was alright and tasted good. Not much to say though. Price/Size: The price was really good for the size considering I also got extra noodles on top of a large pho. Extra:

My husband and I visited this location in Carrollton for lunch. It was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. Our server gave us great service. He was attentive and greeted us with a smile. We both ordered PHO #16 and #22. The broth was delicious and hot. Good noodles and brisket that was flavorful.We also ordered crab rangoons. They were fresh and tasty. Overall really great dining experience and we will be sure to visit again!

I love this pho bistro! Their wings are absolutely delicious—some of the best I’ve had. They don’t normally offer pork pho on the menu, but they went out of their way to make it for me, which I really appreciated. The hospitality here is top-notch, and the place is always clean. I recently visited Pho Bistro for lunch and tried their pho soup. The broth was flavorful, the meat was tender, and the portion was just right. However, the highlight of my visit was the excellent customer service. The staff was attentive, friendly, and quick to accommodate any requests. Excellent service and meal. Great experience from beginning to end. We got the pho combo, pho tai bo vien and goi cuon! And the chanh muoi was a super tasty drink.
