First Visit and it was a slow, quiet Monday early eve. Server was quiet, and never checked on me even though not busy. Food was ok, yet a bit pricey for the Potstickers—could’ve, should’ve ordered a meal instead for that price. Oh well, next time. I didn’t really like the potstickers as they were fried, dry, and crunchy (expected steamed as server said). Shrimp Fresh Rolls had a good amount of Shrimp but not much else—very lite. Peanut sauce was liquidy but ok. Prefer the thick peanut sauce at Thai restaurants. I will try this place again and get either Pho (which makes the most sense as that’s the name 😅) or one of the vermicelli plates.

I usually don’t put reviews as I want to help businesses. Unfortunately i ordered pho and they served me an instant noodles pho. I told the manager right away that I want a rice pho noodles . Not an instant noodles but she insisted that she tried instant noodles and it’s good . I mean why would I go to restaurant if I would eat instant noodles? The broth tastes good though . I made the review for her to listen and at least change the noodles to usual rice noodle pho and not an instant ultra processed noodles.

Decided to go for Pho today in downtown Huntington Beach and this is a new restaurant in town that I thought I’d try. Got in there a little bit before six and it was pretty empty and I decided to go with the chicken pho based on the pictures I had seen for some of the steak ones which looks like I have a little too much fat. My order was taken promptly and served to me in about 10 min. Overall, I thought the pho was pretty good, I’ve eaten the same dish at many places, and I had no complaints, the chicken was shredded and good quality, the broth was good and there was ample amount of meat and noodles. If anything, I would hope that they would give you some more sides to put into the fall, but I’m sure that if I requested it they would’ve

Friendly service, best Thai tea I’ve ever had, however this place is way too overpriced. Picture isn’t listed but had ordered the House Special Lomo Saltado which included garlic noodles. It was decent, but not worth almost $25. The popcorn chicken was very light and tasty, but for $10 I expect better portions. I believe everyone should support this facility considering how fairly new it is. Hopefully they’ve improved.

I came here base on the reviews, and was utterly shocked at how off the reviews were. First I would like to say that the place was nice and clean. Service was great. Food was mediocre. I checked in and received a free Thai tea, which was okay, it had the fragrance of Thai tea but the taste was lacking. The rare beef with brisket was the most underwhelming pho I’ve had in my life! The rare beef was thick and chewy and the brisket was grimy and the broth wasn’t flavorful. The only bonus is the portion is huge and could feed 3 pple. The most disappointing dish was the bun cha hanoi. One it did not look like the picture on their menu! Instead of slices carrots and papayas you get shredded carrots and daikon. The flavor was lackluster and they do not give enough herbs and veggies for the dish
