Pho-Char Grill

The food was 4/5 stars. It was fine. Nothing to write home about. But nothing to complain. The service though was 6/5. You know how I feel when youre nice to my kid. The staff there was beyond nice to my little boss and so, we'll be back again. Cause the food was good and the service was better.

Hands down the best flank and Brisket Pho I’ve ever had. The noodles were absolutely delicious and the broth was divine! Highly recommend this spot. Jasmine tea was great too.

Great food at a great price! We had six people in our party, we ordered 3 large and 3 regular bowls of pho. We had combination, meatball and rare eye round, flank and tendon, and tendon pho. We also had an octopus appetizer, a seaweed salad, and sesame balls. The food was nicely seasoned and it was served relatively fast. The server was nice, and the interior was nicely decorated. Really good restaurant, highly recommend.

Ordered combination pho and grilled pork chop over rice. Both were okay but not particularly memorable, and the pork chop seasoning was a bit overpowering. The menu lacks variety, with no vermicelli options available. With just one chef handling everything, service was a bit slow. If you're looking to try Vietnamese cuisine in the area, this is the only option, but don’t expect very authentic dishes

I’ve never felt the need to write a restaurant review before, but this pho was disappointing enough that I have to. For an $18 bowl, I expected more than five tiny pieces of shredded brisket — and the quality of the meat was poor. The dish looked great at first, despite being dropped on my table by a kid who couldn’t have been older than 10. Unfortunately, the flavor didn’t match the appearance. The broth was completely bland, like hot water with noodles tossed in. I’ve been eating pho since I was 12, and this was easily the worst bowl I’ve ever had. Like they say, the nicer looking the pho restaurant is, typically the worse the soup is. This certainly held true in this instance.
