Pho Char

First time dining here, and afyer trying multiple different pho places in Manassas, I like this one the best. I got the p1 combination pho and to say it was delicious is an understatement. Atmosphere is calm and gives you a sense that you can actually sit down and enjoy your meal in peace. I also ordered the green tea which was also really nice and earthy. I love treating myself to this pho place. The beef pho and combination are my favorites. I've tried the steak and kabobs they are phenomenal!! Great flair cooked to perfection! They also offer healthy drinks. I love the combination fried rice souch flavor! Great for date night, eating alone or large gatherings.

Recently, my sense of taste brought me to Pho Char once again. On a quiet Thursday night, curiosity took control and we made the decision to try it. We were welcomed by an atmosphere that was almost Zen-like when we arrived. But because it was the middle of the week, I was willing to overlook the seating area's appearance of a ghost town as a potential warning sign. We ordered a variety of foods, including fried rice with vegetables (we asked for Thai spicy), summer rolls, and dumplings. A crisp and energizing bite like the summer roll, which made a commendable debut, would be ideal on a hot summer day. The Pho Chan is overall great. I am satisfied with the both the quality and quantity of the food and most importantly the price. In my own personal opinion the biggest downside is the service because there is not a lot of servers and people working here and the chopstick and napkins was not on the table. Today is my second time here and it was a little better because there was not a lot of people. In my own personal opinion the worst time to eat her is at 12:30pm to 5pm because there are a lot of people and overall the whole processes is so slow and waste of time. Based on my own and experience only come here before 12pm and during the weekend.

Out of all the great Pho spots in NoVA, this one ranks among the top for me. The broth is so flavorful! My goto lunch spot in Manassas. Very affordable too.
