Pho Crystal 3

Small, casual spot near IKEA. Service is impressively fast - our food came out lightning quick, which is great if you’re hungry and not looking to linger. I had the garlic noodles. They were fine, but leaned a little too sweet for my taste. The pho was decent overall, but the meat was a bit tough, which took away from it. Not bad, not amazing. Solid option if you’re in the area and need something quick.

Came in yesterday and the spring rolls were sooo good! The grilled Salmon super yum! My bf had the garlic noodles with the steak and shrimp everything was cooked to perfection. Nice size shrimp. I tried the Vietnamese coffee it’s pretty strong but good. Our waiter offered to add more cream so that’s what I’ll do next time. Staff was very nice and welcoming atmosphere. We will be back to try other items on the menu!

This had been on my radar for a year and finally made the trek from NELA to Carson. The service was quick, but with attitude. The food was reasonably priced, but lacked in flavor.

Absolutely delicious Pho Broth!! My wife and I came here on Black Friday, and the service was quick, efficient, and incredibly friendly. I highly recommend getting the fresh rolls too, we got beef and salmon- absolutely huge and delicious. When our check came, the waitress provided a little dessert as well since it was our first time here. Will be back again! Thank you to the wonderful staff!

I've never had heartburn before. 2 hours later and I'm still in pain, already took Alka Seltzer and Tums. The protein portions are in the small side. It was tasty but something in the mixed vermicelli gave me a severe case of heartburn and I've eaten and love very spicy food before, this meal in particular had zero spice so not sure what is causing it.
