Pho Duong Restaurant Herndon

Bun noodle bowls were delicious. The noodles were not over or under cooked, the sauces tasty and the meats were very good. For lunch we had grilled beef and bbq pork. Portions were very filling for the price. And summer rolls were perfect with peanut dipping sauce. It’s a great place for casual dining not fancy or formal.

I tried the Beef Pho at Pho Duong Restaurant in Herndon. The taste was okay and the portion size was good. The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick. The guy at the counter was welcoming and polite. However, a lady sitting in the dining area, who seemed to be the owner, was giving customers awkward looks, which made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, everything else was fine.

Liked everything about this restaurant. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, food was excellent (bánh mì bread was made correctly), tons of options for bánh mì or pho, and the restaurant was clean and easy to access. Unfortunately I can't find a good bánh mì after moving a few years ago, so I went to lunch here 2 days in a row. The spring rolls were some of the best I've had and both sandwiches were fantastic. The milk tea was a little sweeter than I like, but decent overall. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

I recently visited for their opening special, and it was a delightful experience. The staff were attentive and friendly! I ordered the classic beef combination, and it did not disappoint. The broth was rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of spices. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the generous portions of tender beef, meatballs, and brisket elevated the dish. Fresh herbs, lime, and bean sprouts on the side allowed me to customize the flavor to my liking. I will totally be back!

Ordered two pho bowls through Uber Eats after a long day. The flavor of the pho was decent, but the to-go order packaging and supplies could use some major improvement. We received no utensils (forks, spoons, chopsticks), napkins, sauces, or serving bowls that is typical when ordering pho to-go. Traveling from out of town and staying in a hotel, this was very difficult for me to eat as a result. I am not sure if fault should also be on the driver, but I would expect the restaurant to prepare all proper tools needed to enjoy their food. I am sure the in-restaurant experience would be much better based on reviews, but the to-go quality needs serious work. Hopefully my experience was just a fluke.
