Pho Hot

A friend recommended this place recently and we tried it tonight. So yummy. We ordered the special and some veggie egg rolls and Thai tea. The pho came out lightning fast! The flavor of the broth was the star of the evening. Perfect dinner for a cold night. We will definitely be coming back soon 😄.

The pho here is full of flavor, served quickly, and comes with all the classic sides. My team and I also tried the stew, banh mis, crispy chicken wings, egg rolls, and fried rice. Every dish was satisfying and well-prepared, making this a favorite spot for a hearty meal.

I have to say that the food wasn’t bad. The steak pho was rich in flavor but the noodles were overcooked. The Thai tea could have been a little stronger but was pretty good. I couldn’t help looking at the sticker on the plastic cup because it looked so much like the label on Diptyque bottles. I will come back but I will not order their Banh Mi because it was bland, and not flavorful. Update: There’s an older worker who made our last visit very unpleasant. He asked us to move to a different table because we were sitting at a table for 4 people. I found this to be quite rude! It wasn’t like the place was packed, and we were told to sit where we sat by a younger worker. This left a bad taste in my mouth. Will not return.

The House Special Soup at Pho Hot is a flavorful standout. The broth is rich and aromatic, clearly simmered for hours to develop depth. It comes loaded with a generous mix of rare steak, brisket, tendon, and tripe, all cooked to perfection. The noodles are fresh and firm, and the portion size is satisfying. The accompanying herbs and lime add a fresh balance. If you’re a pho lover, this is a must-try in Glendale.
