Best Vietnamese spot in Chula Vista. Always fast service. Free parking. Tried everything from the delicious Pho to Rice Vermicelli.

Pho Hung Cali in Chula Vista is a simple restaurant but the food was pretty good. I ordered seafood pho with vegetable broth along with spring rolls. The shrimp spring rolls were just okay but the pho was very clean tasting and had a nice light flavor. The portion was a good amount even for a regular size. The service was good and overall it was a nice meal.

had a LIVE big crawl out of my bbq beef spring roll😭😭😭 BE CAREFUL FOR BUGS GUYS cause another family got up and left for finding a bug in their food too last time i ate here, anwyays I let our server know there was a bug she took my plate and never came back, when we went to go pay they were about to charge us full price😭 LIKE BRUH TAKE OFF MY SPRING ROLLS!!! it seems like the employees here dont even care about bugs being in their food!!!

Went here for dinner on a rainy day, service was fast we ordered two large pho specials and a order or spring rolls, pho was hot and meat and veggies were fresh, large portions of meat, spring rolls were also fresh and ready to eat.

Delicious food and top-notch service! I ordered the #46 broken rice with BBQ pork, and it was fantastic—the pork dipped in the sauce was bursting with flavor! But first, I spotted a mango smoothie on the menu, and it was absolutely divine, with fresh mango bits that took me right back to Thailand. Highly recommend for amazing service, perfectly cooked food, and that incredible mango smoothie!
