It was my first time coming here. There are lots of free parking spaces available. Indoor dining only. I got seated right away. Many tables were filled with dirty plates. They only had two servers with many customers seated. My food was good. It took them a long time to give me a to-go container.
I’ve been coming with my husband for a couple of years now and we love it. The pho is always delicious. Service is great. We’ve never had to wait for a table.
I would give it zero Stars if I could for service, first we walked in and were told to sit at a dirty table, then waited several minutes before we were acknowledged after, then when waitress came over with menus and waters and she saw the table was dirty and started wiping it with her cloth. She took our order she was still rude and very unpleasant . Then I needed a fork after we received our food and went to the front and it took 2 minutes or more to have somebody come to the front to realize I was there and then asked if we could have our drinks that we haven't received either. After all that when we went to pay our bill she blatantly said no tip for us!!!??? How could you expect a tip when you sat us at a dirty table you are rude to us and we didn't even get our drinks till after 5 to
It is located in a plaza that needs some TLC. But, the food and service here is Great! After ordering food comes out quickly and it is hot. The bean sprouts, Thai basil, green lime wedges and jalapeno are all fresh. We ordered the bone marrow which is a lot of fun to eat if you are feeling adventurous. The bone marrow is very tender that you can use the chopsticks to remove the meat and tendon if the bone. This place also serves oxtail soup which is not shown in the menu but it is posted on the wall. This is a great place to grab some grubs quickly. The portion is also generous and satisfying.
The service was terrible. One day, my wife and I went, and they put way too much chili in the food (we often order the same thing). We called the waiter over, and they said the menu clearly stated it was spicy and that was fine. I asked how we could resolve this, and they refused to redo it or apologize. They just said they'd refund us but wouldn't remake it. I was furious. This wasn't our first time there, and we've tipped them before. Is this how you serve customers? I will never go there again.
