Pho Road 68

I had to come on here and leave a review because this place truly deserves it. I’ve tried pho at many different spots, and Road 68 Pho is by far the best I’ve ever had. The flavor is incredible—so rich, authentic, and comforting. You can really taste the care and originality in the broth. Every bite was absolutely delicious. What made the experience even better was the customer service. The young man who helped us (I didn’t catch his name) was so kind and attentive. After we left, my son realized he had forgotten his Nintendo, and this young man actually ran outside to catch up with us and return it. That level of honesty and care really meant a lot. We got the beef pho and a bahn mi! And wow! It was absolutely delicious! Service was awesome! The yiung lady and the older gentleman working were very attentive. We will absolutely be back. My only complaints is i wish the pho portion was slightly bigger. It was a fair size, but for $20 I wish there was just a little bit more. And you get charged $0.99 for taking something off of the sandwich. Other than that, it was amazing! And we will absolutely be coming back!

The food and drinks I have had here have been good, the service on the other hand tends to vary and can be slow and inattentive. The restaurant is cute and has been clean the times I've eaten in. I really enjoy their bahn mi, and I like the vermicelli noodles they put on it, I haven't had it that way before. The fillings are fresh and the bread is perfect. The milk teas and boba teas have also been consistently good, but occasionally a bit too sweet for me. The friend I was with did not enjoy their Pho, especially at the price point it is. Said it wasn't as flavorful as they expected. This place tends to be a bit expensive for what it offers- especially compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I've been to that are better tasting.

Ding Tea has truly gone down hill. What started out as good portions and taste has dwindled to subpar. What a shame! $23.00 for the rib and beef pho. They used to give you a dinasour rib where it hangs outside of the bowl but now, it’s nowhere near the same amount of meat. The service was fine. For the amount of money, I think I’m finally done with them.

Manager Tony would not take off a drink (passion fruit tea) I ordered that tasted weird. I only had a sip and my daughter did too to see if it did taste weird and she thought the same. Brought it to our waiter’s attention who asked his manager. He said no refund or it being taken off order-being I had sipped it already. 👎🏽 WOW! (Waiter/waitress help we’re kind). Manager, not so kind. Overall food was so-so, and very pricey! It was empty too when we arrived for lunch. Will not be returning
