Pho Saigon Noodle Soup & Grill

Food came out quick. Restaurant was really smoky and seemed to be having ac issues. (It was a hot day, so I’m not holding that against them in total). Pho was one note. I was charged for a large even though I got a small. Hours on the door are different from the hours listed on here.

Just ok food taste-wise. Only the soup was flavorful. The chicken in my rice dish was not tender at all. The spring roll & fried egg roll were also just ok. Service was good though. We were sat and given menus the moment we arrived, and orders were taken minutes later. Food arrived within a good wait time. Location is good with ample parking and easy in and out of the parking lot.

Every single bite I was humming and dancing. The flavors were so smooth and delicious, I got the P13 Beef with lemon grass soup, added an egg. Yum!! Hands down best I’ve ever had. The amount of food given was perfect. We also had the A2: beef egg rolls. Small portion but they were good. Service was great, only downside is that it was a little toasty in there due to maybe AC not working but I didn’t notice much once I had our food in front of us.

I’m a huge phở eater, so I’m a tough critic…I must say this was actually pretty good for the area. I think the service could be better, but I think that’s just the personality of the people that run the place. Doesn’t make it okay, but the food makes up for it. Would I go back based on service? Absolutely not. Would I go back based on the taste of the phở? When the craving hits, yes. I also appreciated the large portion of noodles and meat. Most places will give you more broth than meat and noodles! I give it a 7.5 only bc of the service. Oh! Not to mention they told me they didn’t have enough sweet tea for me and my friends (there were 3 of us) so I got water and called it a day😂. So again, luckily the food made up for the service !

I like this place. Food is good and prepared quickly. Employees are attentive, clean as well. Spring rolls are excellent but I wish they were bigger. I go here 3 or more times a month.
