Pho Trang

Small but clean, efficient place for a bite of food during lunch break! Prices have risen up from before but I do appreciate their addition of large size pho options now. The staff is efficient and friendly. The pho never disappoints!

Bún bò huế is me and my friends’ favorite, the broth is savory, spicy to our preference, and very umami. There are also chạo tôm and bánh xèo in the picture. Chạo tôm was okay, a little dry. Bánh xèo’s fish sauce is good, but we were hoping the bánh xèo was less oily. We also ordered chè 3 màu and soy milk - they were decent. The meal in picture was ~$80. Service is great! The uncle is friendly and super helpful! The whole restaurant only has 2,3 staffs so expect to wait around 15,20’ for food during peak hour, if not the food comes out is pretty fast.

Best value and the most delicious pho around! The spring rolls are huge and super tasty. We always get the steak + meatball and chicken pho.

We had an early dinner yesterday and had such a great experience, from the kind owner, who ran the whole place by herself during that time, to the food, to the cleanliness. Everything was fresh. The place is clean from kitchen to dining area to the restroom. The food was delicious, but we were in such a rush that I forgot to take photos of the food we ordered: grilled pork banh mi, bun bo hue, and kids pho with tofu. The tofu seemed freshly made. Everything was delicious! The prices were reasonable and affordable. We will surely be back to try other dishes as well.

Food is delicious, our go to is pho and bun bo hue! Pho Broth is perfect not too salty and not too oily. Bun Bo hue always hits and is actually really good in flavor. The owners are super sweet and this has been our number pho spot
