Staff is very helpful and environment is usually fairly quiet. However, my last visit was bothersome. The library was full of people talking quite loudly.They were sitting in front of the computers, just talking loudly! Not using the computers at all. Another man was signing to his music while in front of a computer! ???

Constantly amazed why Department of Education doesn't promote not only readiness in schools but doesn't offer English Language in community where more than half residents don't read, don't write in English and that never have been as main topic on any boards or meetings. Am I correct, Mr Robert Smith and Mr Grosd with Mukasa as well as Miss Sculli with the Rizzo? Just wonder whose fault? The service here is amazing. Everyone I’ve come across has been friendly and super helpful. Always willing to look up books for me and pull them from other libraries. So happy they are now open MWF. Libraries are so important to a community. They are the center hub to provide tools and resources for people to grow and thrive. You are essential!

A beautiful, and newly renovated library with many resources is there for all residents in Schenectady who need use of a computer or copier. They also have a community room that agencies can utilize according to their needs. Great staff too! We appreciate all.

The fax machine was taken a long time. But they were real nice about it. So I didn't have to pay, but I still gave them two dollars
