Best pho I’ve had in Colorado. And get the Com Ga Roti, it is out of this world delicious. Cozy atmosphere and wonderful service here. Will go out of my way to come back.

Pho Bay in Georgetown is a wonderful spot that combines great food with a beautiful location. The restaurant is spotless, including the restrooms, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the service is impressively quick without ever feeling rushed. I ordered the combination rare beef and brisket pho, and it was comfort food at its finest. The broth was piping hot, rich, and deeply flavorful—each sip felt nourishing and energizing. The meat was tender, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor, blending beautifully with the fresh herbs and noodles. Pho Bay is a place that gets everything right—clean, friendly, and delicious. I’ll definitely be back to try more of their dishes!

Best pho I have ever had! Awesome location on the creek. In the warmer months, you can sit on the patio to enjoy the sound of running water while you eat. Love bringing my friends and family here when they come to town to visit.

Ordered pho with chicken and vegetable broth, and seafood pad thai. We have Alpha Gal meat and dairy allergy... when we ordered we asked about ingredients and they understood and were helpful.

The veggie broth was rich and flavorful, packed with plenty of vegetables, making for a hearty and satisfying meal. The chicken fried rice was perfectly cooked, with great texture and taste. Service was quick, making it a great spot to dine after a long day of skiing.
