This place is a gem! The Pho is absolutely delicious, and they are incredibly generous with the beef portions. I was also pleasantly surprised by their new menu items—the Chinese Hamburger (Roujiamo) and Cold Steamed Noodles (Ganmianpi) were fantastic and perfect for a summer meal. The interior is sleek, modern, and very clean. Plus, parking is a breeze, which is a huge plus. It’s a great spot for families with kids but also stylish enough for a get-together with friends. Highly recommend!

We celebrated Women’s Day at Pho Hut & Grill, and the food was amazing. The beef pho had a rich but clean broth with fresh herbs, and their crispy roujiamo was such a surprise crispy outside and very flavorful inside. We also tried the spring rolls, fried tofu, and grilled oysters, and everything was delicious. The portions were generous and perfect for sharing with friends. The atmosphere was great for a small gathering, and it made our Women’s Day celebration even more special. If you’re in San Diego and craving Vietnamese food, this place is definitely worth trying.

I recently visited Pho Hut & Grill and it quickly became one of my go-to spots for Vietnamese food in San Diego. The pho broth is incredibly rich and flavorful — you can tell it’s been simmered for hours. Every bowl comes with fresh herbs and generous portions that make it both comforting and satisfying. Beyond the pho, their grilled dishes and appetizers are also excellent. Everything tastes fresh and well-balanced. The restaurant has a casual, welcoming atmosphere and the staff are friendly and attentive. If you’re craving authentic Vietnamese comfort food with great quality and reasonable prices, this place is definitely worth visiting. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I ordered bun bo hue, and unfortunately its made it to the bottom of my list. The broth was cloudy and had barely any flavor and wasnt spicy at all, the meat carried the flavor but had a interesting texture even though it was thinly sliced. Good portion but poor flavors. The veggies didnt seem fresh and I didnt get a quarter way thru the bowl before I decided to just pay and leave. I came in with to high expectations, wanting soup during this rainy time.

Overpriced general tso's reheatable food Rice? Came out late Manager sits there until younger staff struggles, oh and the younger staff was quite stand off ish. Very off putting environment with how loud the atmosphere is. Soup had not the best flavor and overcooked beef and shrimp.
