Phở King Good

Stopped by Phở King on Hall Blvd in Beaverton last night. It wasn’t busy, and we were seated quickly. I ordered the Lotus salad—it came out fast, looked great, and tasted really good. My husband ordered the pho special and was excited for it, but it arrived so hot it burned his lip. The noodles were clumped together and took effort to break apart. Even though the pho looked good, the broth was below average and didn’t have that rich, authentic pho flavor we expected. Overall, the salad was the only highlight. I wouldn’t come back.

Typical of many pho places the dishes are standard and filling. The whimsical name is memorable. Service fast and efficient

I went there with my coworker at 6pm yesterday. They were not busy at all. Nobody was at front, so we had to wait a little bit. I ordered the lean brisket. The soup was really good. The noodles were kinda stuck together. The meat wasn't high quality. Reasonable price though. They left the front door open so of course I spotted flies. The chair had some food debris.

I usually come here for the Bo Kho and I always end up leaving very happy. The portions here are by the far the best you can get in the area. The workers are very kind and welcoming and are very helpful when ordering. 10/10

At first I was going to order Bun Bo but I didn't eat pork leg and blood, I told the staff to only give beef and spring rolls but "she said if I only eat beef, there will only be 4 pieces of beef because the restaurant has divided it into portions so the price will still be the same" I changed my mind and ate Bun Mang Vit but I was really disappointed, the broth was very cold and the duck meat was very sour and very little. My friend ordered rice 602 the meat pieces were very thin and burnt black, the rice was not broken rice, the shrimp was very dry and bland. If I had to go back to this restaurant, I would never go back :)
