Piada Italian Street Food

This restaurant is definitely a little hotspot. Great, fresh food for a reasonable price, great sized portions. You can customize your meal to your liking and be satisfied. It's seems to be currently understaffed for the volume of customers. Most people take their food to go. The line was to the door when my friend arrived. This was my first visit, I noticed they have a signature hibiscus lemonade. This was empty upon my arrival and my friend kept asking for it to be refilled. The employee was slightly irritated that she had to refill it, after asking for it 3 times within 40 mins. We sat inside by the way ( for 60 mins) we got on the way out as we had to go by time the tea was refilled. Over all great place, expect to wait during peak times ( my visit was on a Friday between 3:30 and 5

A special shoutout to Chef Erik. Ive seen him at multiple locations and im glad to see him here. He takes pride in every order he does and never forgets to have a smile. Ive been to many piadas throughout the years and Chef Erik definitely makes my expierences 10x better. Great job changing out employees for better ones.

My cousin loved it and she has had some of the best food in the world! Collin was patience and helped us out!

This location pissed me off SO bad. I went in to get a basil pesto pasta with salmon. I had to wait for the salmon and it was extremely dry. I go in to get a piece that wasn’t dry and they had to make that. After needing to wait a second time, I wanted my pasta remade fresh so my food would be hot. They were apologetic and offered a cheese stick for the wait. To my surprise I realized while eating, it was PEPPERONI. I am pescatarian and I have not ate meet in over 2 years and unbeknownst to me, I just ate pork. They offered two free drinks for that. I get my pasta remade and it’s so much sauce it was like eating a soup. I don’t complain often but this was just so unacceptable. Who needs that much sauce on pasta? Please be so for real! Piada has really good and fresh pastas with large portions. They cook it right in front of you. I recommend the basil pesto or diavolo. Their pockets are big and filling as well. They also have a student discount 2-5pm or all day Wednesday!
