Piada Italian Street Food

The place was super clean. The employees were friendly. It reminds me of a subway. You tell them what kind of protein you want and you add it from there, or you can get any one of their premade combos. Definitely, wasn't something for me. I didn't enjoy it all.but my wife and daughter did. It was didnt seem like a well thought out option on mixing the different foods together in this particular application. Not cheap either for what you get.

Our 1st visit here was great! The overall presentation of their food coupled with wonderful service will have us returning. Ted was the chef behind the counter and was very friendly!

We visit Piada quite often and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the food is consistently fresh and flavorful. This visit was no different — quick service, great energy, and a really pleasant experience overall. Special shout-out to Amber for being so warm and upbeat — excellent customer service makes all the difference. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

i stopped going to this Piada because I had an ongoing issue with a night employee at your Centerville location. She is an probably a late 20's blonde woman and I noticed the long fake acrylic nails she wears while working. This employee has an unprofessional attitude toward your customers. I would come 3 days a week before, and every time my experience was rude only from her. I believe and understand that people have a bad day sometimes but with this being an issue every time I come in, it’s ridiculous. I notice her passive aggressive behavior towards other customers too because It's mainly towards groups of people. Compared to how I’ve been treated by others, I’ve never had somebody be passive aggressive and roll their eyes over me simply for walking in to get in line and feed my kids a

I came in about 2 weeks ago during my break at work. There was a long line but the workers were hustling around making sure we all got our food as fast as we could. At the end I was paying cash and was short by $2 and this nice lady working covered the rest of it for me! I think her name was Emily maybe but she had long nails and glasses. It made my day :) It's good to go eat somewhere where the workers are kind and the restaurant is clean with delicious food! Would recommend this location if you have never been.
