Piara Pizza

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The pizza may not be the best in the world but my kids love it. She is always offering the specials and tells me how I could save money, really nice and very customer service oriented.

The food is fine but the staff is not great. If you are going to have someone take orders, please make sure they know how to take them. Had a lady answer the phone and we ordered a large deep dish pepperoni and she asked us 4 or 8 pieces, 8 is large. She didn't ask for our name for the order or anything either like usual. We also ordered the cheese stuffed bread and we're given cheese topped bread instead so we're all a bit frustrated by the experience.

Great service great price. I had a large pizza with pepperoni extra pepperoni half jalapeno off the charts. Also had a order of hot wings they were nice and crispy just how I like them.

Update: 2025-01-20 I've been coming to this place far too much. The kids love pizza and this place makes it convenient. However, from time to time, they really drop the ball. From party orders to simple daily purchases, too often their service fails. Today, they said they don't have their Monday/Tuesday special because it's a holiday. There are no signs that state exceptions. As it is, they don't automatically apply the special, you have to ask for it. Now when you do, you have to hope they don't have an exception. This tactic feels illegal. Because once you are there, you probably won't go somewhere else for pizza. Especially with kids in the car.
