Food is extremely disgusting. Noodles are hard and under cooked. Tofu is not tasty at all. Taste like a mouthful of sugar, nothing else. I wouldn’t eat here again. There is way more selection in the other terminal, so do walk over there for better food options. And not to forget its airport price, so it’s pricy as well. Overall, it’s pricy, disgusting and not worth it.
I got the Orange Chicken w/ fried rice and it was very good. I couldnt eat the whole thing, alot of rice but also good amount of chicken under the rice and on the side. So in all I would say very proportionate. Nice and hot. Only downside about my experience I would even mention is that had to put in a tip when I paid.
Asian fusion takeaway place located in the airport. The photos drew me in and you could see the staff furiously working from where you order. It wasn't the cheapest but it was good for the airport. I went with the bourbon chicken, which was a little heavy on the sauce. It needed the sauce because it was inspired by the local geography and was a bit on the dry side. The noodles were well cooked but pretty oily. Don't know that I would do this one again - perhaps they will get better.
All of the people have remarked that it looks nice from the outside but the moment I entered the establishment I should have turned around. It smelled of old food / oil. The food was old and rewarmed. It wasn’t fresh or tasty. It was chewy hard and rice wasn’t sticky but dry and old. Super disappointing. Don’t eat here.
Fascinated by these reviews. I’ve personally been to this place over 10 times while transiting SLC. I actually like it enough to trek over from terminal A to eat here. I guess I’ve just been lucky looking at the other reviews. But my food is always freshly cooked, you can literally watch them cook it, tasty, I like the general orange chicken, and fresh. I think part the reason they run out of certain dishes is due to it being freshly cooked, but who knows. Egg rolls are okay, cream cheese won tons are good. The chicken was flavorful with a little bite and tang. Their fried rice always has that smoky wok flavor I really enjoy. Sorry others haven’t enjoyed it. For me, as airport food, they punch above their weight class every time.
