I had to visit this office today to try and solve a complicated problem. The young lady and the gentleman at the front desk were not only kind and helpful, but they treated me with the utmost respect. Thank-you for making a stressful situation a bit easier to bear. I appreciate you both!

I just wanted to give a great review of Jim at the front desk. He is always so helpful & helps me everytime I have an issue. Great man doing a great job! The reason for the 4 stars is I wish that the overall State Website would get their information alligned with the people who have assistance's end so you don't have to always make a trip to the office to get things resolved & have the same info. for both ends. Being able to reach by phone would be nice as well but the local office would probably be too over-whelmed with calls so I understand.

Probably the worst office I’ve ever had to deal with. You can’t even call or leave a message because it goes immediately to voicemail and then tells you that the voicemail box is full. I’m hoping I can stop by there but every other time I’ve stopped by there their doors have been locked and not allowing people to come inside, so we’ll see. Comparative to Canton, This one is a joke and everyone should be fired.

The lady at the front desk does nothing and tells you nothing. You turn in all your paperwork and they stil try to figure out ways to put a hold on your benefits. I honestly wish they would hire all new people who actually knew what they were doing .

I've had temporary custody of 3 grand babies , you would think atleast a phone call to check how its going. Don't get me wrong they are safe and well took care of.got them march 27,2020
