Piezoni's Pizza

2 hour + waits, 2 weekends in a row. While waiting, no one answers the phone to give any indication about what the status is. For example, it’s Halloween and I’d like to take my kids trick or treating with my wife but I’m waiting for food that was paid for and have zero indication of when it will arrive. Current status: 2hr 5min.

Placed my order online and got a notification that the order would be ready in 20 min. I got there when the order was supposed to be ready but had to wait. I think they had just started making it then. No big deal, I really didn't mind waiting. My order was to go and I just felt the bags to make sure I had my three sandwiches. All three sandwiches were supposed to be wraps, but only one of them was. The chicken sandwich was supposed to be "supreme" but it was only chicken and cheese. Overall the sandwiches were ok.

NEVER AGAIN! Ordered a pepperoni pizza, crispy, light on the cheese and this is what was delivered to me! I drove the pizza back to the store and the employees had the audacity to ask me what was wrong with it!

Stopped by on a whim. Had the BLT. Bread was super fresh. Sandwich had just the right amount of bacon, lettuce and tomato. I liked that the tomato was chopped finely. They were really busy with takeout orders, but my sandwich was ready quickly

Was told 20 min for pick-up… over an hour later got a luke warm pizza.
