Piggyback Smoke Shack

I didn't realize this place has been here for years and I wish I had known about it sooner. It came highly recommended by one of my co-workers. Love the environment.The food was delicious, especially the Gouda mac and cheese. The dessert selection was also great. The negative I had was that the wait time for the food was quite long. Maybe they had a lot of takeout orders. They also were not able to adjust any of the menu items to include different things. almost had to order two different dinners to get what we wanted. But I would definitely recommend and I would definitely go again.

Service: The ladies are super sweet and attentive! Food:Great food! The sweet potato hash was delicious, house salads are great and huge for the price. Yum! Atmosphere: beautiful building with booth and table seating.

Another great barbecue place in small town Iowa. The sandwiches were delicious, dessert was delicious. Definitely worth a stop if your in the area. And try the raspberry barbecue sauce - mmm mmm good.

Elizabeth was great! She went out of her way to be certain our requests were accommodated and made a special effort to help us. Food was very good but service made the world of difference. We have been here a few times this week and loved the food, hospitality, atmosphere and beverages. Desserts are outstanding too. Elizabeth gets a 10 out of 5! Excellent!

My brisket sandwich was very good and bar-b-qued beans were amazing. Prices were very reasonable. Only downside was it took awhile for anyone to take my order, but worth the wait! The deserts here are a 5 out of 5 star every day though!!
