PIGS BBQ

We used P.I.G.S. for our wedding catering, and we could not recommend them more! We wanted high-quality BBQ food, as we wanted to have a LOT of food served family style. The food was great, the process was great (especially as we continued to add on more components over the course of our planning), but the true star was on the on-site staff. Pedro was our event captain and my husband's favorite staff member from the whole wedding. He ran a tight ship, and was incredibly helpful. His team served folks efficiently and effectively, and were huge in making the day seamless.

We used PIGS for our wedding catering in May 2025 and were extremely pleased with our experience. We were given the opportunity to do a free tasting ahead of time to try out foods and determine which options to finalize as part of our contract and ensure we were happy with our menu selections (the smoked chicken was our absolute favorite!). Lisa was responsive and thorough in her communications with us throughout the booking process and in the weeks leading up to the event, and was flexible for changes in our menu and timing at the last minute. Service at the event was smooth and the food was excellent – we’ve been to plenty of weddings with unsatisfying portions and this was very much not the case with PIGS! The pulled pork was amazing. The choice of sauces we were not really thrilled with any of the 6 options but the pork is so delicious it needs no help to be great. They make their own chips as a side which are very good. Would definitely go again and may bring some sauce along.

We couldn’t have asked for a better catering team for our wedding day! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, organized, and attentive to every detail. Lisa communicated very well and was incredibly helpful during the planning process. She was always willing to answer any of my questions! A very special shout-out to our event captain, Pedro, who was absolutely amazing. He was so kind, hardworking, and professional, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed! We really enjoyed our lunch. Everything was delicious and service was very good and friendly. We ordered a 2 meat Platter with pulled Pork and Brisket, then added a side of cheddar Jalapeño Sausage. Mac n cheeses and fries were our sides. Initially the fries were cold, but a new order was brought out right away when we mentioned this to the server. We also ordered Banana Pudding to take home, which the Husband ate that evening, and wants to order again. The owners son actually waited on us, and he was super nice.
