Pinkberry

The frozen yogurt is really good. The whole family loves it. During my first visit the staff was really nice. Now, I notice the staff are not attentive or friendly. I don't like that the Warwick Mall store doesn't have the dairy free coconut yogurts. They have 6 flavors on their menu and all of them have dairy. Another issue I noticed is that their fruit especially the mango is always frozen, hard and not sweet. They state their fruit is never frozen but why is the "mango" frozen? I wish they were more consistent, friendly and have the coconut dairy free at this location.

$6 for this little yogurt, usually it’s a little bigger I will not be coming back to this pink berry. Employees not too friendly either.

There were so so many gnats flying all around the toppings and seating on the glass. If you eat there you can't help but eat a gnat or two.

First time to this place and last. Came from another state to visit my cousin, and take my little niece to get a yogur and was in shock of how rude the employee was. Her initials on the receipt G.L. Awful attitude!!! 👎 👎 👎

I spent $18 on one freaking frozen yogurt. The taste was fine but please, spend your money on a locally owned business that is way cheaper, better quality, and appreciates your business much more. Pricing is absurd…
