Pinky G's Pizzeria - Bend, OR

Very nice place to stop for a good pizza. No table service - grab a menu then order at the bar. They will deliver your piping hot pizza to your table.

I was going to give Pinky a 3-star review for burning the bottom of our expensive $40 ($35 + tip) pizza, but I just read the 1 & 2-star reviews & see that this has been a problem that many reviewers have had for a year now. Pinky: why are you still burning the bottom of people's pizzas? Most people don't like the taste of burnt food & BURNT FOOD IS CARCINOGENIC! Service, salad, atmosphere were all great.

I love pizza…unfortunately I’m from New England and kind of a snob when it comes to pizza…Pinky G’s always hits the spot! Tonight there was a mix up with our take out ticket…they made it right by getting another pie in the oven without a bunch of BS excuses, and the ladies running the front continued to update and acknowledge me so I didn’t feel like I was falling through the cracks. Mind you…crazy full moon and all the peeps were out for a Friday. Above and beyond! Below is my almost completed 3rd piece😍Thank you!!!!

Stopped on our way through town. Prices are on par for a non-chain pizza. The xl fatty pizza is a monster and worth the $35. It was loaded with several meats including pulled pork, although we sacrificed the pepperoni for some pineapple which I know is a pizza foul, but it's just how I roll. Side of fresh basil pesto brought it up to another level. Crust is pretty thick and puffy/chewy and just as delicious cold as hot.

We were greeted by a friendly bartender who directed us to grab menus, find a table, and when ready to place our order return to the bar. It was pretty crowded and loud, so we found a quieter spot in the back. Our table hadn't been wiped cleaned from the last customers, but the staff quickly took care of it and apologized. We ordered a Caesar salad and a small customized pizza to my husband's liking. Disappointing was the salad/lettuce; it came in a small metal bowl with tiny croutons and shredded parmesan with the dressing on the side. The pizza while enjoyable, the pizza crust didn't particularly stand out however, we've heard rave reviews about their specialty pizzas, prompting us to plan a return visit for those. Throughout our time there, the staff remained pleasant and attentive,
