Delicious food, good service, comfortable, and modern atmosphere with seating spaced out and high ceiling. Fresh salad. Music a bit too loud. The combo special deal during the weekday is a great value. And they are accommodating, switching our fries to yuca fries for our stir fry filet mignon dish.

Terrific terrific Chicken. I love a good rotisserie chicken and PioPio does not disappoint! And the green hot sauce is outstanding. The restaurant was clean with a lively atmosphere. All the staff was friendly and kind.

Ordered pickup from Pio Pio 11 in Forest Hills and had a great experience. I called in my order and everything was ready right on time when I arrived. Fast, easy transaction and very efficient. Always reliable — and my favorite rotisserie chicken never disappoints.

I rarely feel the need to leave a negative review, but the service here was genuinely offensive. To be clear: I wasn't upset that the food was late. Delays happen. What was unacceptable was how the hostess handled it. I arrived at 5:00 PM for a 4:30 PM pickup. When I checked in, the hostess was completely unapproachable and inconsiderate. She made no effort to check on the order or offer a timeline. When I asked for a simple estimate (5 minutes vs. 30 minutes) so I could manage my restless young children, she snapped at me with a terrible attitude. Being treated like an inconvenience for asking a basic question is where I draw the line. It’s a shame because the food is usually good, but the blatant lack of customer service and the rude energy from the front desk makes it not worth the visi

We came to this new location for a late Monday lunch. Inside was very spacious and new looking, with nice heavy marble looking tables. This location has a great weekday all day special that was a better deal compared to our usual Matador order (which has gotten exponentially pricier over the years). Chicken was flavorful, and the accompanied sides were well made. Added avocado to our salads for an extra $1 which wasn’t really worth it for the small slices we got. Music at this location was better than the Jackson Heights location - more pop music and at a lower volume that still let you hear the conversations at the table. This is a great addition to the Pio Pio chain.
