Pisco Peruvian Gastrobar - Lake Mary

Phenomenal! The food is a culinary perfection here. Yet another great representation for Peru’s world class gastronomy. I had the Ceviche Classico and the Peruvian Wagyu and a Chicha Morada drink. Everything was fabulous. The Ceviche was fresh and flaky tender and well spiced lime sauce and crunchy corn cornels and large soft corn cornels with fresh onion. Very flavorful. The Peruvian Wagyu was soooo juicy smokey charred and tender at the same time and the sauce it was in was super flavorful and smokey and the potatoes were soft but crisped fried on one side and the mini tomatoes were full flavored the rice was sticky but yet flakey and the onions were blanched and crispy. So mouth watering, and the Chicha Morada is a red corn lime juice that tastes like strong blackberries- very delicious

Let me start with the food. If you're Peruvian, you'll understand; if not, you'll think it's one of the best places you've ever eaten, and I get that. A few days ago, I went with my girlfriend. We ordered Anticuchos as an appetizer, and they were decent, but they didn't have the original sauce that goes with Anticuchos, nor the typical aji (chili pepper) sauce or "Aji anticuchero", although they did have another sauce that substituted for it. I had never eaten Lomo Saltado with cherry tomatoes and baby potatoes before, even though this dish is one of the most recognized worldwide. The flavor wasn't quite what a Lomo Saltado should taste like either. I understand that many restaurants adapt traditional dishes and fuse them with other cuisines, I understand that. This restaurant has a nice vibe to it! Very welcoming and well trained staff. I started with the sul del inca cocktail! A delicious and well balanced cocktail! We had the croquettas de aji de gallina! Best bite I had!! The Sushi Roll was 10 out of 10 as well!(Maki Acevichado) Thecrab Tequenos were super flavorful and down right yummy!! The only dish that missed was the risotto a la Huancaina... we added the octopus which was recommended by the server, but the dish was way too salty and the beef was really tough.... Overall still 5 stars and will try again next time on risotto since we love the flavors.

Oh my goodness. What a hidden gem! The drinks and food are absolutely delicious. The vibes are amazing. Staff was super friendly. Alejandro made sure we had the best time and was attentive to us. The rolls and scallops were out of this world. Can’t wait to come back.

Second time coming to this Gastro Bar with that Peruvian flare! Love the ambiance, food, service especially the drinks! Def a great experience all around. Our server Valeria was very attentive and respectful. Love love love it here….
