Pisco Sour Market Truvian Restaurant

We were charged double,$14, for the lunch that was advertised $6.99 on a big banner outside. The register spoke only Spanish and when we talked to the manager the next day he said the banner was showing another food with the same ingredients???? They have only one dish in their place.
