⭐️⭐️ ⭐️Honest First-Time Visit Review This was my first time trying this restaurant, and the gyro itself was really good, great flavor and no complaints about the sandwich. The problem was the portion sizes. When the lady asked what I wanted for my side, I chose vegetables instead of fries because I was trying to be healthy. What I didn’t expect was to literally receive five pieces of vegetables. That is their actual portion — five pieces. For a meal that cost over $15 (plus tip, and no drink included), that just doesn’t feel fair or filling. If I had known the portion was that small, I would’ve chosen something else. When I mentioned it, they gave me fries to make up for it which I appreciated but it still didn’t change the fact that their “standard portion” of vegetables is extremely

I grew up in the Chicagoland area. The BEST thing about living there was the diversity and as a result, the diversity in food options. My mother introduced me to gyros when I was about 13. There was a Greek restaurant not far from where we lived. When I was 14 I could take the train to Lake Street and walk there. At 18 this was a place that I went to often. When I was coming up, there would NEVER be a piece of lettuce on a gyro! Nor would you EVER find feta cheese, cheddar cheese, liquid cheese of any kind.EVER. This nonsense started showing up when I was about mid 20’s, as this stuff is obviously cheaper than the gyro meat and used as fillers. I was Jonesin’ for a gyro a while back, & did a quick search and found Pita Mediterranean Street Food in Smyrna. The area is really nice where it’

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing—delicious, fresh, and rich of flavour. I ordered their bowls, and they were absolutely amazing so fresh, filling, and mouth-watering. Every bite was full of flavor and left me completely satisfied. The place was spotless, clean and very well-maintained, which made for a comfortable dining environment. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall great atmosphere. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

This was my first time trying Greek food. I decided to try this place since my girlfriend loves gyro salads and has been missing her gyro place back home. We ordered a little of everything. She ordered a gyro salad, we also got a steak bowl, and tried the trio mini sandwiches and a baklava cheese cake. To me, the chicken sandwich was OK. I didn't care for seasoning the chicken was done with, and the falafel flavor was to the worst one. However, the regular gyro sandwich was the best one out of the trio. The dessert was delicious. That was definitely 5 stars they combined two delicious flavors. I probably won't eat here, but the atmosphere was nice and lots of places to sit.

Pita is right on point and provides fresh, tasty, and quickly made Mediterranean food (“street style”). Easily overlooked in the Strip Mall adjacent to a Kroger’s grocery store. Casual dining-in, or take out (plenty of take-outs while we were there). We are still learning about Georgia food spots, and this was a pleasant regional chain that we were happy to find. We took advantage of the Monday $9 gyro special (normally $12.45) that came with a side. We had chicken, beef, and chicken/beef gyros. We ordered two with fries, and one with a garbanzo salad. Personally I recommend this salad over the fries. Nice garlic sauce with onion slivers. My son loves fast food and gave a two thumbs up over his empty plate. Next time we will go on a Tuesday for the $9 falafel special!
