Pitango Gelato & Coffee

Ben was amazing! He made a delicious lactose-free hot chocolate that was absolutely perfect. Super efficient, kind, and attentive — the customer service was excellent. You can really tell he cares about what he does. I’ll definitely be coming back! ☕️✨

The lemon sorbet was fantastic. The mocha espresso was the best I've had in the area. Friendly staff and extensive selection. Check them out.

Came to try their affogato-great presentation and strong flavor. The coffee cake slices are generous, but the menu items are on the pricey side. The guy who helped us was really nice, and there’s plenty of window seating. Overall, I enjoyed it.

Had an amazing time here! I was looking for a coffee shop and came by this store and the staff were really nice and attentive and Ben did an amazing job with my cafe art! 10/10 I got the mocha coffee! It’s pretty strong I’d highly recommend this!

Had to leave a 5-star review to balance out the bad reviews from blue-haired Karens who get offended if you even look at them in a way they perceive as discriminatory. This place is great, the workers are super friendly and make good conversation, nice atmosphere, and most of all GREAT coffee (I don't eat Gelato). They deserve a higher rating than 4.6, this is in my top 2 favorite spots in Old Town. Highly reccomended, you won't be dissapointed unless you're offended that employees get to use the restroom without buying anything (yes, that's why someone left a 1-star review!)
