Pizza by the Sea at Gulf Place is one of those places that makes living on 30A special. I literally golf cart here from my house, grab a slice, and slow down for a minute. It’s casual, reliable, and exactly what you want after the beach or a long day out. Rob is the real deal. Best pizza chef in the world and an even better guy. You can tell he genuinely cares about every pie that comes out of the kitchen. The crust is perfect, the balance is spot on, and it’s always hot and fresh. Locals know it, visitors figure it out fast. As a local realtor who spends most days showing homes around 30A, this is the kind of neighborhood staple I point out to buyers. Matthew served well, he personable, pleasant. He knew what he was doing. Good to have him, grow this young man for leadership. Thank you, The food was ok, we had 2 slices of pizza and a side salad. The pizza was tasty but probably would be better a little longer in the oven. Salad was really where the 5 star lost a point. Wilted lettuce throughout, but we had a pleasant time, just before lunch on Thursday the 12th. We would come and ask for pizza to be put through the oven again. Amazing experience at Pizza by the Sea at Gulf Place! It’s a smaller restaurant but the ambiance is fantastic. Right by the beach, relaxing, breezy, and easy to find. We enjoyed the Pepperoni/Jalapeño Pizza and the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza! The staff was great but they did forget our appetizer, however, we just asked if we could get a beer in lieu and they were very accommodating! I highly recommend checking this place out.

This location is UPSTAIRS, entry from the parking lot not streetside... a bit tricky to find! But cute covered patio dining area once you get up there. Look for the bigger sign YUM! near the stairs, as it's easier to see than "Pizza By the Sea." Service/cashier for Togo order was super sweet, efficient and friendly. Delicious thin pizza... both locations I've tried have been "Yum!"
