Slice Problems – Disappointing Experience I recently ordered a pizza through the Slice app and requested it be left on my porch bench so I could refrigerate it for use the next day. I heard the delivery driver walking on the bench, and when I checked, the pizza was lying face down on the porch. I was in a meeting at the time and had to leave it for later. By the time I returned, Pizza Express was closed. I ended up ordering a second pizza and expected the first would be refunded once I reported the issue. I left feedback in the app—no response. I followed up with customer service and was offered a 20% off coupon (about $8) on a $40 ruined order instead of a refund. That’s just not acceptable. I’ve spent thousands at Pizza Express over the years, but apparently, that loyalty doesn’t matt

I've known them for a very long time even before they had this place. Always friendly, food is good and Luis goes above and beyond to accommodate orders. I finally got my kids the heart shaped pizza for today and they made it perfect! Kids loved it! Thank you Pizza Express!

I usually just get a cheese pizza which is very good. I call ahead and they are very timely. I just ordered their tacos....very tasty, very fresh.

Almost everything here is a bit dry, from the pizza to the garlic knots, but other than that, it’s pretty good. Especially for New York-style pizza out of New York City.

I must start this by saying there house soda is amazing, no caffeine and made with cane sugar. The tacos are 90% cilantro, 10% meat. the salads are good, and the chicken tenders and fries are always good. The pizza is good, one of the best sausage pizzas in blairstown Most of the time the delivery comes on time or sooner. (Stay away from any of there meatballs.) They also increased in price recently, not drastically but enough to bum out my night, however the prices are still not any worse than some other pizza shops near by.
