First time in good hot food to go. Fast service and very helpful. Pizza selection is great plus lots of other things like pasta and salads. Pizza yummy and fresh.

Delicious Pizza and Subs! Growing up with Pizza Factory, knowing it's good quality food!! Would highly recommend it to anyone! I'm happy to see it in Madera! Hopefully, it makes it to Kerman.

Pizza factory is my favorite pizza! This location is very new and spotlessly clean. I was amazed by how good the fountain soda was. The staff was friendly and attentive and the pizza was great as expected from any Pizza Factory location I have tried. I plan to return to this location in the future.

Most disappointing Pizza Factory location. Thought we’d try this one since it’s newer and in town. Called in the order to have it ready upon arrival but it still took a little extra time. That’s fine, but the order wasn't correct. The menu isn’t the same at this location as it is at the others so I can’t decide who’s at fault for the incorrect order. I expected my usual order, not a bunch of differences and extras. They tried to remake what I was asking but it was still different. They remained friendly and eager to help even with all of my obvious disapproval. Nonetheless, the pizza was spun too thin in the middle making for an unusually thick crust and a floppy middle. The screens used to cook the pizza and breadsticks weren’t clean because there’s a strange burnt additive to the bottom
