Pizza Factory

This place is awesome!! The pizza and breadsticks are delicious!! We really wanted to watch a football game on live tv. The man who was working was kind enough to put the game on tv for us. What great customer service!! The place was clean and everything was wonderful, including the house salad. We will definitely be back when we are in town again! Thank you, Pizza Factory!!

A calming parlor as the lights aren't so bright. There is a 6 seat bar to have tap beer 11 choices and a couple wines. There are arcade games and at least 4 TVs mounted up on various walls. Updated counters and serves ice cream.

We are from Oklahoma and this was our first time ordering from here after being told it was the best here in VS. We unfortunately came in at the wrong time. Long story short, we waited double the amount of time we were told over the phone. I did appreciate the three different guys who came up to us and apologized.. And for the 2-liter that was offered for our wait. Pizza tasted alright but was fresh, and service was good besides the small hiccup.

They had just gotten past a HUGE rush when I arrived, being short staffed, several of the tables hadn't been cleared yet, and they were behind on orders, but there's only so much 2 people can do in a busy pizza joint! They apologized several times, and gave me regular updates to the status of my pizza. The pizza was very good, I would have preferred a little more doneness on the crust, but it was good as it was. They didn't skimp on toppings, which was very nice, and unlike most other pizza places.

Im completely satisfied Im usually super picky and today i decided to order something different for myself The meatball sandwich and it was amazing full of robust flavor. I now know where to get a great meatball sandwich.
