The staff was absolutely amazing! I found out that they have changed management starting early February! The dining room is open for dine in and they are super friendly and helpful! Lena and Faith were absolutely kind and compassionate!

Ordered online went to pick up when it said pick up should of been got there to a backed up store and had to wait for 40 minutes just to get my food. Even though a walk in order received theirs before mine even came out. The cheese pizza was definitely over cooked.

Listen, this is the possible start, or should I say restart, if indoor Pizza Hut dining here in Baden. If people show up and visit the dining room, and return periodically, this can one again be a local sit down pizza option in our little town. It's up to all of us. Go and deal with this early stage test run, and let's get it moved into a full table service pizza experience, just how pizza hut was meant to be! Walk in, grab your drinks from the glass front fridge in the foyer, go inside to the counter and place your order and pay for your drinks. Decided to get the 2 for $14 for the kids. My order ended up being $28 without the tip! I did pay extra for the medium pizza to be a pan. The pizza I received was a poorly made hand tossed that does not cost extra and my kids do not like. I called and called for no one to answer the phones until they closed! Never again! You are the only ones that charge a “delivery fee” and Doordashers delivering your food is another horrible move! I used to love this place but it’s gone way down hill!

2 things..#1 glad to hear the dine in option is back. This place was the best place to go after a ball game... "normally a 5 star interaction" #2 I have been going to this same location for 30+ years but the employees working today were horrible waited over an hour after arriving 25min after ordering my order and it was not even started yet. Food ended up being over cooked and they forgot the personal pan that was order so had to wait for that after. This is not a food quality review cause its always good (hence the 30+ yr customer) but this was 100% employee failure, made excuse, argued with other customers because of their delays. Today's order just all bad.
