Pizza Hut

Awesome yesterday. Ordered pizza on app. Said it would ready in 20 mins. I got at the store 5 minutes early my son and I set in car to and watched a minute they where very busy. Had little break in rain 2 minutes after and went straight to the warmer and got my order it was ready I never saw it go it the warmer. App is great.

The location on Main Street in Blanchard is the only one I will do business with in Shreveport. The order is always correct and fast. Staff is very friendly.

Not worth the headach to deal with this store. This was my last time ordering from this pizza hut. Spend money for delivery to get half your order. No hey we're sorry well send someone out to fix it. They offered a store credit instead of refund. I felt like I had to insist to get my refund.

I placed an order around 10:45 PM, well before closing time at 11:30 PM. There’s a train that often stops near the restaurant, and unfortunately, it delayed me about 20 minutes. When I finally arrived, the staff told me they were closed and were already leaving, even though my order was placed on time. I understand closing procedures, but customers who order before closing should still be able to pick up their food. Very disappointing experience — I hope management improves communication and customer service for future guests.

An employee told me about a deal that wasn't actually there and when I called to ask about it I was put on hold and then hung up on and then I called again and was asked to provide personal information before they could just tell me what was going on with the deal. I showed up in person and the room was so loud and echoey that I could barely talk to the person at the register and they kept saying some sort of explanation that Did not make sense and I could not understand.
