Pizza Hut

Do not order from here!!! You will not get what you order. I ordered a Margherita pizza and received a cheese pizza with the pesto basil just thrown on the pizza. A Margherita was supposed to come with tomatoes on top and a pesto basil swirl. The pesto basil taste was very underwhelming. The pizza was so nasty I couldn’t even eat it.

Let's just say I stopped by for a quick bite to eat bet having to finish up my Christmas wrapping for the evening and I ordered two pizzas and this is what I got! I'm totally in disbelief and will NEVER ORDER from this place again.

Management is horrible at this location. I called on Friday about an order I received. I ordered pizza for a sleepover. The pizza was undercooked. The crust was still doughy as was the Cinnabons. When i called, their solve was leaving a house full of kids to go there to get the pizza inspected in order for them to make a new one. At that point I asked for a manager. The gentleman told me he was the manager and only the owner can distribute refunds. I was told to call Sunday, 3/1, to speak to the owner. That was a lie. I called Sunday and was told the owner would not be until Monday. The young lady that took my call said she would pass my info. I called Monday , 3/2, and still given the run around. I was told by another manager he can’t help me because I would need to present a bad pizza t

So lets talk abouts the pan pizza or maybe not. Back in the day you made a pretty good pan pizza. Crispy edges thick crust. What I've experienced has been gummy and under cooked. Work on the pan pizza.

I had ordered a stuff crust pizza, and i understand it was a snowy day but i’ve always ordered before from this Pizza Hut and they always mess up my order some way or another. This is the last time I order from this place, the pizza that i recently ordered came melting off the ingredients when i lifted the slice, a pizza shouldn’t do that. So yeah never ordering from here ever.
